Free Shipping Details

We offer Free Shipping on all orders shipped to our store for pick-up. We also offer Free Shipping in the continental U.S. for all orders over $100. Standard shipment methods include UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS, and LTL. In-stock items generally ship within 2-5 business days. Make-to-order items usually ship within 14 days. If you require expedited shipping, please call our store for freight rates. Oversized items requiring LTL are designated by a truck symbol.

The LTL company may contact you to schedule delivery date and time. Items will be delivered to the curb. It is up to the customer to carry the items to their final destination. If you require white glove service, please contact our store in advance for rates.

Upon delivery, please open packages in front of the driver and note if any damage has occurred. Please make sure the driver signs the bill of landing, noting “damage in transit.” Photos showing damage before and after opening packages help resolve freight claims. If the items are damaged beyond repair, they should be refused. Please contact us as soon as possible to report the damage.
